Below are some WODs you can do while traveling, when you can’t make it to the gym. Please post your you time to the workout in the comments section of the website www.crossfitwar.com to get credit for doing these while away!

Run 1/2 mile 50 air squats 3 rounds WOD #2 10 push-ups 10 sit ups 10 squats x10 rounds WOD #3 500 air squats for time WOD #4 “Susan” Run 200m 10 squats 10 push ups 5 Rounds WOD #5 Sprint 200m 25 push ups x3 rounds WOD #6 10 Handstand push ups 10 Burpees x3 rounds WOD #7 Tabata (4 minutes each exercise – 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds) Squats Push ups Situps WOD #8 10 push ups 20 squats 30 sit ups AMRAP 20′ WOD #9 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 HS Pushups ( if you cannot do Handstand Pushups then..x3 regular pushups) Alternate Forward Lunges WOD #10 100 Burpees for time
